High Heels Thursday

Good day glammies, today its Thursday, which means we celebrate high heels. I apologise for the absence of Glam tips wdnesday post yesterday due to unplanned circumstances. We'll be back with the theme next week. So lets get to it.
I hope some of yal have heard of Jeffery Campbell the shoe designer. This brand has been influencing and rading the fashion streets since the year 2000. J. Campbell is one hard working shoe designer who is well known for his weird and unique shoe designs. His designs always hit the runways of New York, Los Angeles and London fashion week. One thing I have acknowledged is that he is a man of studs and spikes. The J. Campbell shoes are so extraordinary that not evry woman can confidently walk in town streets in them. I would classify these designs as more vintage than morden. I'd swear the thick heel trend was inspired by Jeffery Campbell. As weird as they are, theres a huge number of ladies who die for them.
Check them out......

HOT huh? lol J. Campbell is one the extraordinary designers i'v come across.
I hope you enjoyed this 'designer alert"

Till we meet tomorrow

GlamChooseday

Hey glamstars, today its Chooseday where we have a choice of what we want, how we want it and how we gonna get it. Its your choice after all.
So here at the GZ, becuase we love everything fashion, we choose to post about the most fashinable and inspiring icon, Coco Chanel. This woman has founded a fashion empire that will live to inspire generations. I love the Chanel brand so much, from her bags, to fragrances.

Coco Chanel was born in 1883 and was the most known french fashion designer who created the brand Chanel. Her most fashion emphasis was on clothing and later advanced to the design of accesories, handbags and fragrances. I bet most of us are taken by the new Coco Chanel 5 fragrance. This woman was driven by her passion for fashion, determination and ambition. She died in 1971 and left a legacy of the Chanel brand. She is an idol and inspiration to aspiring fashion designers and fashion label owners.

I swear most women go crazy at the sight or new release of any Chanel product because it is a dream to own one. Im mostly inlove with the 5th signature scent and the vintage clutch bags.

Ladies, im not selling a brand but this scent spells elegant, it smells confidence. A lady in Coco Chanel 5 can walk in room and turn heads; or should say turn noses? lol.. I love it

The chanel brand is well known for the vintage bags with a touch of gold and the eye attractiong Chanel logo. This bags are not only gorgeous and stylish but they also say something about the lady carrying it. Only a few can rock a Chanel bag succesfully. Chanel ladies are classy, elegant and fabulous arent they? haha. These bags are signature designs of Coco Chanel and we ladies should embrace the brand with pride.

These are some of the Chanel Jewellery pieces. Im into Jewellery designs so im so much inspired by these charms. Will i get there one day? lol hard work will get me i guess. Where there's gold there's elegance.

HERE ARE SOME OF CHANEL QUOTES

I just love her quotes, she's a woman of note.

I hope you enjoyed the brief read about Coco and will be inspired.

Till we meet tomorrow, stay fabulous

Xoxo

THE 12th ANNUAL METRO FM AWARDS

Sooo, how are you doing glmastars? yeah i know it has been a while but GZ is back and not going anywhere. Ok lets get to business. Today its Glamonday which means we update you about the events, the glam, the red carpet news, etc.
Today I wanna share with you about the Metro fm awards that happened last week saturday in the Durban convention centre. I know you saw them but hey some of the fashion there was not shown on TV. Well, I was not there but the awards went well, the live production was amazing, the perfomances were great, I loved Mafikizolo and Dr Malinga's perfomance of course lol. People looked incredibly fashionable even though others off ramped a bit (as usual) *clears throat*. Those who deserved them took the awards home, congrats to them, most importantly Khaya Mthethwa and Donald who were nominated for the first time in the Metro's. Donald even shed a tear, ncxoo sweet man. The audience was also amazing even though i think they were snoozing nyana but they kept the vibe alive. So, here are the pics of those who attended:
